It is well known that the most interesting projects are often born on the most unconventional plots. In this case, construction took place on an elevated site with natural level differences. The garage was integrated into the lower part of the property, while the entire living area seems to float above it on the upper level, with the right wing descending gracefully to the ground.

The structural corner glazing, spanning two levels as a single unit, opens up panoramic views from the living spaces. Clean vertical and horizontal lines of the floor-to-ceiling glass lend the facade a refined, elegant character.

The elevated views from the living room and kitchen are truly captivating. Extending seamlessly from the living room is a terrace with a water feature. An infinity-edge pool along its far side creates the illusion of the water merging with the horizon, much like the desert sky meeting the sea. For maximum comfort and to make full use of the site’s potential, an additional secluded outdoor lounge area has been created on the opposite side of the living room, surrounded by palms and soft landscaping, offering direct access to the garden.
